Flipkart sellers: In order to maintain their growth on Flipkart, seller should make sure that they dispatched the product on time which is an absolute necessity.

There are many instances where many sellers often missed the deadline i.e. they breach the RTS (Ready to Dispatch) period which is nothing but the total time period within which a Flipkart seller has to get their products prepared as per the order received for dispatching the same.

Delay in dispatch can adversely affect the seller performance as well as it can result in canceling the said order.

With the ‘Metrics’ tab available on the seller’s dashboard sellers can track down their performance in order to avoid such penalty

  1. They can view their RTS breach % for the last 30 days along with the total breach count.
  2. They can see the product categories with the highest RTS breach count, if they want more specification, they can even select a particular time slot or sub-category.

Flipkart sellers should consider these reports for evaluation of their matrix on a monthly basis to avoid such conditions which can ultimately result in a permanent penalty from selling on Flipkart.

Sellers can use these reports in order to increase their seller rating, performance and presence.
